🇮🇹 ROUTINE PER LA MOBILITA' DELLA SPALLA N°2 Oggi vi propongo una seconda routine di mobilità dedicata alle spalle: anche qui le possibilità sono infinite, ma eseguendo questi esercizi suggeriti anche da T. Willsey e J. Pak ho riscontrato notevoli benefici. Gli esercizi sono: 1️⃣ Victory raises con loop mini bands 2️⃣ Extra rotazioni dell’omero con loop mini bands (gomito a 90 gradi) 3️⃣ Alzate frontali con loop mini bands dai 90 ai 180 gradi (gomito a 90 gradi) 4️⃣ Pull apart unilaterale con loop mini bands 🇺🇸 SHOULDERS PREHAB ROUTINE N°2 Today I’m posting another shoulder’s mobility routine: even here choice is unlimited, but I found that performing these exercises posted even by T.
