Trovo questo esercizio particolarmente interessante poiché, pur annullando ogni componente elastica, consente di utilizzare grossi carichi evitando però i compensi tipici del military press. 🇺🇸 TOP HALF PRESS Today I‘m posting a heavy exercise for shoulders: the top half press. I think that this exercise is particularly interesting because, even putting the stretch reflex out of play, lets you use heavy loads avoiding the ‘cheats’ that are typical of military pressing.
